FAQ's

1. What are the rooms like?

We have five rooms; our largest rooms are Room 1 (72 m2) and Room 2 (50 m2) which are on the first floor. They each have large windows down one side with prepared wooden flooring, power points and secured access. The largest rooms are ideal for up to 18 people teaching dance, drama, keep fit or general training.

Rooms 3 (44 m2), Room 4 (33 m2) and Room 5 (30 m2) are each carpeted with power sockets and private secured access. All these smaller rooms have excellent natural light provided by Velux skylights and are more suited for smaller groups of up to 6 people maximum. Rooms 3 and 4 have a private waiting room and bathroom facilities.

2. What is the maximum person capacity per room?

Room 1 - 30 people
Room 2 - 25 people
Room 3 - 20 people
Room 4 - 6 people
Room 5 - 6 people

3. How do I book and pay?

We are just in the process of introducing a web based booking and payment system. Until then, please use the web enquiry form or call 0845 686 0802 anytime. All rooms can be hired in one hour increments.

For clients wishing to make regular bookings please refer to our Flex Pricing which offers flexible and competitive room hire rates.

For payment we accept all major credit cards, cheques and cash. Upon booking we ask for a 50% deposit with 100% payment made 24 hours before the hire period commences.

5. What are your opening hours?

08:00am until 10:00pm; seven days a week.

6. Where can I park my children's buggy?

The Rooms Above has a garage specifically available for you to park your buggy.

7. Where can I park my bicycle?

Bicycle racks are available.

8. What are the parking arrangements?

The Rooms Above is situated within a private yard used by other businesses. Outside the yard, the local West Hampstead streets are within the London Borough of Camden.

Parking Restrictions operate around area from Monday to Friday; 10:00am-12 noon and 8:30am-6:30pm. Resident permit holders (CA-P) can park free of charge. Non-permit holders have to pay & display (max. stay 1-2 hours) depending upon parking location.
